Interpretation and Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Member" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the kissmega platform.

• "Account Balance" refers to the total cash amount (excluding bonuses) available in a member's account for wagering or withdrawal purposes.

• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a member is required to wager the value of a bonus before winnings may be withdrawn.

Eligibility and Registration

User Account

Each member is fully responsible for all activity that occurs under their account. Member responsibilities relating to the account include the following:

• Keeping the password secure and not sharing login details with any third party.
• Reporting any suspicious access or activity to kissmega customer support immediately via live chat or email.
• Ensuring account details such as mobile phone number and email address are kept up to date.
• Being responsible for any losses arising from negligence in safeguarding login information.

kissmega reserves the right to suspend or close any account suspected of misusing the platform, engaging in fraudulent activity or violating any clause in these Terms and Conditions.

Deposits and Withdrawals

kissmega accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through approved payment methods. All financial transactions are subject to the following policy:

Payment methods accepted by kissmega are Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the same member's name. Deposits from third parties will not be accepted.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same account or e-wallet used for the member's most recent deposit, subject to kissmega's anti-money laundering policy.
• kissmega reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method before approving any withdrawal transaction.
• Any failed deposit attempt resulting from inaccurate information provided by the member is the member's own responsibility.

Bonuses and Promotions

kissmega offers various bonus programs to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific conditions stated in their respective promotion terms. The general policy applicable to all bonuses is as follows:

• The kissmega welcome bonus gives new members 150% of their first deposit up to a maximum of RM300. Example: a deposit of RM100 yields a bonus of RM150, giving a total balance of RM250 with a wagering requirement of RM150 × 25 = RM3,750 before withdrawal is permitted. For a deposit of RM600, a bonus of RM300 will be received with a balance of RM900 and a wagering requirement of RM300 × 25 = RM7,500.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without meeting the wagering requirement.
• kissmega reserves the right to cancel a bonus and any winnings derived from it if a member violates the wagering requirements or is found to be using prohibited betting strategies.
• The kissmega VIP programme offers weekly cashback to eligible members: Bronze level up to 0.4%, Silver up to 0.8%, Gold up to 1.1%, and Platinum up to 1.5%. Eligibility for upgrade to a higher level depends on the member's level of engagement and activity on the platform.

Game Rules

All games available on the kissmega platform are operated according to the respective rules set by the game software providers. kissmega offers various game categories including online slots, live casino, sports betting, poker and arcade games.

• The results of all games are final and determined by a random number generation (RNG) system that has been independently audited to ensure fairness for all players.
• Any technical fault occurring during a game session will be resolved in accordance with the kissmega troubleshooting policy. Incomplete spins or hands resulting from technical disruption may be voided and bets returned.

Member Conduct

Account Termination and Suspension

kissmega reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or close any member account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause in these Terms and Conditions.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion that the member is involved in fraud, money laundering or any illegal activity.
• Failure by the member to comply with identity verification requests within the specified timeframe.
• A voluntary account closure request by the member themselves.

Members wishing to close their account voluntarily may contact kissmega customer support via live chat or email. Any valid cash balance will be returned after the verification process is complete, subject to there being no outstanding bonus claims.

Liability Limits and Disclaimer

kissmega provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the continued availability, accuracy or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose. Members use this platform at their own risk.

• kissmega will not be liable for any indirect, consequential or punitive losses suffered by members in connection with their use of the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, network failures or circumstances beyond kissmega's control do not form the basis of any claim for damages by any member.

• Members' personal data is stored securely using appropriate encryption technology and will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without the member's consent.
• kissmega may share member data with the relevant authorities if required by law or a valid court order.
